France – Technical assistance services – Assistance à l'Ingénieur Sécurité d'une Installation Individuelle

The CEA is conducting a consultation for the establishment of a framework agreement. The services covered by the firm commitment, with a duration of 2 years, concern 2 main missions to enhance the security of the installation:

- Mission 1: Management of external companies, Ensure coordination, supervision, and prevention of serious accidents by relying on three pillars (Technical, System, Human Factors) and immediately reporting any high-risk situation.

- Mission 2: Safety engineering, draft and update regulatory and technical risk analyses, in consultation with the laboratories, to ensure continuous improvement in prevention.

The contract provides for a 12-month extension.
