Poland – Public road transport services – „Dowóz uczniów do szkół podstawowych i placówek wychowania przedszkolnego oraz dowóz uczniów niepełnosprawnych w roku szkolnym 2026/2027”

The subject of this contract is: a) the transportation of pupils to primary schools and pre-school educational facilities within the municipality of Żary, and the transportation of disabled pupils from the municipality of Żary to schools outside the municipality in the 2026/2027 school year, based on the table of fees for pupil transportation on individual routes (based on the value of monthly tickets) specified by the Municipality of Żary and listed in the tender. The monthly fee shall not exceed the gross amount proposed in this tender procedure, b) the punctual and safe transportation of children and pupils, including disabled pupils, as mentioned in Article 32(5-7) and Article 39(3, 4 and 4a) of the Education Law of 14 December 2016 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1043 as amended) to primary schools and pre-school educational facilities within the municipality of Żary, and the transportation of disabled pupils from the municipality of Żary to schools outside the municipality, in accordance with the route list contained in the later part of this notice, c) occasional transportation of children and pupils on a bus rental basis, according to a rate in złotys per 1 kilometre, d) the place of residence is considered to be designated collection points - bus stops, which ensure safe entry to and exit from the vehicle. 2. Transport will take place on IX routes indicated in the SWZ.
