Procurement, in SaaS mode, of a solution covering the entire temporary work management process. The tool must allow for the management and simplification of the entire temporary work cycle, from needs expression to mission invoicing, involving successively the different entities: HR actors, procurement, supply, management control, operational services and temporary workers. The tool must also allow for a smooth and secure interface with the solutions already used within the companies of the Group, in order to fully integrate into the overall approach of simplifying and harmonizing HR processes. It must offer a high level of reliability, guarantee the traceability of operations and meet the regulatory requirements specific to the use of temporary work, while ensuring ergonomics adapted to operational users distributed across the entire territory. The platform must also integrate the specific constraints of the SNCF, notably in terms of architecture, cybersecurity, performance, digital accessibility and GDPR compliance. This project thus aims to equip the SNCF with a robust, scalable and coherent platform with Group standards, capable of improving the quality of the service provided, reducing the administrative burden, securing contractual commitments and ensuring better control of the use of temporary work.
