Poland – Credit granting services – „Udzielenie Powiatowi Tucholskiemu kredytu bankowego w wysokości 5.500.000 zł na pokrycie części planowanego deficytu”

The subject of the procurement is to provide a loan in Polish currency in the amount of 5,500,000 PLN (in words: five million five hundred thousand zlotys) to cover part of the planned deficit in the amount of 11,957,246.88 PLN. 2. The subject of the procurement has been precisely defined in the description of the subject of the procurement and in the DRAFT CONTRACT TERMS (DCT), which are annexes to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor will make the loan funds available to the Purchaser on the date of signing the contract. 4. The Contractor will initiate all loan transactions in accordance with the Purchaser's instructions without charging a commission for the unused portion of the loan. 5. The Contractor will disburse the loan funds in the amounts and timelines indicated by the Purchaser in the instructions submitted to the Contractor, without submitting a separate loan application subject to review. 6. The final deadline for using the loan expires on 31.12.2026. 7. The Purchaser will have the right to submit a written statement of resignation from further use of the loan. 8. The loan will be utilized in Polish currency. 9. The amount of the utilized loan will be interest-bearing at an annual rate, according to a variable interest rate. 10. The interest rate referred to in point 9 will be equal to the base rate increased by the Contractor's fixed margin, set on the basis of the submitted offer. 11. The Purchaser's obligations regarding the interest on the loan will be regulated in monthly accounting periods as the sum of the variable base rate WIBOR for 1-month Polish deposits on the interbank market, from the last quotation in the month preceding the month for which the interest will be charged, increased by the Contractor's fixed margin set on the basis of the submitted offer. 12. The Contractor's margin is fixed for the contractual loan period. 13. The loan will be repaid by 30.11.2033. 14. The loan repayment schedule will be an annex to the contract.
