The subject of the procurement is 3 arthroscopy towers with related equipment and a maintenance agreement for 5 years after the warranty period for the North Savo well-being services county. The maintenance agreement is an option, the use of which the purchaser decides. The deadline for submitting tenders is 18.9.2026–20.10.2026. The procurement decision is intended to be made on 28.10.2026. The procurement decision is estimated to enter into force on 11.11.2026. The offered equipment must be delivered and ready for use by 18.12.2026 at the latest. The actual purchasers are the North Savo well-being services county and Servica. The equipment-related supplies related to the procurement will be handled through Servica Oy's fulfilment service. The supplier must commit to cooperating with Servica's material logistics and follow Servica's order, delivery and product management processes during the contract period. The contract is a one-off purchase for the arthroscopy towers and the equipment-related supplies are currently in force. The purchaser will procure three (3) arthroscopy towers in 2026. During the contract period, equipment-related supplies will be procured as needed for the procured arthroscopy towers.
