Romania – Command, control, communication systems – ACORD-CADRU DE FURNIZARE "DULAPURI METALICE DE EXTERIOR PENTRU ECHIPAMENTE DE RADIOCOMUNICATII"

Object of the procurement: EXTERIOR METAL CABINETS FOR RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT, for special telecommunications/infrastructure critical. The detailed technical requirements for EXTERIOR METAL CABINETS FOR RADIOCOMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT are set out in the descriptive documentation. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, for clarifications received at least 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Regarding requests for clarification concerning the descriptive documentation, these can be sent from the date of publication of the invitation to participate and at the latest 6 days before the date set for the submission of tenders, the date set in the invitation to participate transmitted for the second stage of the procurement procedure - Submission of tenders. In this stage, the contracting authority will respond clearly and fully within a period that will not exceed, as a rule, 3 working days from receipt of these, but no later than 4 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with the provisions of art. 82, para. 3 of OUG no. 114/2011.
