With this call for Design & Renovate 2026-SES (D&R2026-SES), the contracting authority wishes to conclude a framework agreement for a period of two years (and tacitly renewable for 2 years) for the design and execution of facade renovation of social housing units. In certain cases, this is accompanied by an upgrade of the techniques. Since the works are always carried out with the continued occupation of the sitting tenant, it is important that the nuisance for the tenant and the execution term of the works are kept to a minimum. In all cases, the tenderer also provides the guidance of the residents during the preparation and execution of the facade renovation and the possible associated upgrade of the techniques.
