The contract also includes information, reporting and maintenance and reporting tasks during the warranty period, and coordination obligations related to the role of the chief supervisor in accordance with the tender documents. The contract includes work to the extent defined in the documents attached to the tender, including all road arrangements, equipment and facilities. The contractor must carry out all the work and related procurement that the documents require for the completion of the work, and which are not explicitly stated in the documents as not being the responsibility of the contractor.
