Czechia – Diesel fuel (EN 590) – Rámcová dohoda na nákup PHM a ELTO 2026-28

The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement (hereinafter also “agreement”) with multiple suppliers of fuel (hereinafter “Fuels”) and with multiple suppliers of extra light fuel oil (hereinafter “ELFO”). The contracting authority will, for individual deliveries, proceed in accordance with § 135 of the Public Procurement Act - the procedure with the renewal of the competition among the participants of the framework agreement. Individual purchases of Fuels and ELFO will thus be realized on the basis of offers submitted for each individual delivery. Detailed requirements for the subject of the public contract are defined by technical, commercial and other contractual conditions, which are annexes to this tender documentation.
