To optimise the functioning of the Facilities Management service and of the city and OCMW Halle, a public contract is being tendered for the purchase and implementation of software that must streamline the processes of facilities management. The city and OCMW Halle currently operate in different ways for building management, asset management, contract management, inventory management, maintenance planning, incident management, work orders and work planning, as well as for the preparation of public procurement dossiers for supplies, services and works, which often result from technical works that need to be carried out. To standardise and optimise this facilities management aspect, the organisation wishes to purchase a software package. The city and OCMW Halle wish to purchase an already available software that has various modules and offers a certain degree of flexibility, but where customisation and additional costs for this customisation are avoided. The contracting authority ensures that this contract is executed in compliance with anti-discrimination legislation.
