Tender for a bridge in the form of an open procedure in electronic form, pursuant to Article 71 of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023 and subsequent amendments and additions, for the award, in the form of supply and for a duration of 24 (twenty-four) months, of the supply of various types of needles, cannulas and single-use kits for the diagnostic, therapeutic and care activities of all the Operational Units of the IRCCS Istituto Tumori “Giovanni Paolo II” of Bari, divided into 12 (twelve) distinct product lots and awardable separately. Awarding with the criterion of the lowest price pursuant to Article 108, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 36/2023, following a positive evaluation of the sampling.
