The framework agreement concerns the provision of renovation and rehabilitation services for the real estate and land assets of the purchasing users of the Central Purchasing Body. The present framework agreement is multi-provider (up to 3 providers per lot). It combines the 2 forms distinguished by Article R. 2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code. For all lots, the purchaser will execute the framework agreement through purchase orders and/or subsequent contracts for services that are not covered by the purchase orders. The framework agreement is divided into 28 technical lots (14 lots of intellectual services, 13 lots of works, 1 lot of Supply and Services). Each of the 14 technical lots of "intellectual services" and the lot of "Supply and Services" is divided into 18 regional geographical lots. Each of the 13 technical lots of "works" is divided into 100 departmental geographical lots. This results in a total of 1,570 lots.
