Poland – Construction work – Rozbudowa ul. Karpackiej oraz przebudowa ul. Astronautów w Łodzi

The subject of the contract are construction works consisting of the expansion of ul. Karpackiej and the reconstruction of ul. Astronautów in Łódź, divided into tasks:

Task 1: Expansion of ul. Karpackiej from ul. Pabianickiej to ul. Paderewskiego, divided into stages:

Stage 1: Expansion of ul. Karpackiej from ul. Pabianickiej to ul. Zaolziańska (without the intersection)

Stage 2: Expansion of ul. Karpackiej from ul. Zaolziańska (without the intersection) to ul. Paderewskiego

The scope of works includes, among others: Demolition works and earthworks, road expansion including the reconstruction of the carriageway, pavements, parking spaces and access ramps, as well as the construction of a pedestrian and cycle path, reconstruction of the lighting and drainage installations, construction of a technological channel installation, as well as the elimination of water and energy collisions and other works within the scope in accordance with the design documentation, STWiORB.

Task 2: Reconstruction of ul. Astronautów from ul. Zaolziańska to ul. Karpackiej

The scope of works includes, among others: Demolition works and earthworks, road expansion including the reconstruction of the carriageway, pavements, parking spaces, curbs, access ramps and drainage, height regulation of the fittings, securing the network, execution of horizontal and vertical signage, construction of small architecture elements, planting of trees and shrubs, as well as other works within the scope in accordance with the design documentation, STWiORB.
