Czechia – Telecommunications services – Centrální mobilní telekomunikační služby pro Jihomoravský kraj a právnické osoby zřizované Jihomoravským krajem

The subject of the tender procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement without a new competition between the contracting authority and/or individual contracting authorities and one supplier, on the basis of which public contracts will be awarded. The subject of the performance of public contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement will be a) the provision of mobile voice and data telecommunication services via the telecommunication networks of a mobile operator, b) the provision of all other services and performance specified in the tender conditions, c) the provision of all activities related to the provision of the services and performance specified in the preceding points (hereinafter referred to as "telecommunication services"), and this will be in accordance with the needs and requirements of the contracting authority and the individual contracting authorities. The telecommunication services will be provided on the basis of a) participation agreements, which will be concluded between the selected supplier and the contracting authority, or the individual contracting authorities, on the basis of the framework agreement, and b) participation agreements concluded between the selected supplier and the contracting authority, or the individual contracting authorities, which will be valid and effective from the date of entry into force of the framework agreement.
