The contractor, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, acts as a trustee and, where the legal requirements are met, as an appointed company for the Senate Administration responsible for equality, hereinafter referred to as the Authority. The Contractor ensures the implementation of the funding instruments described in the contract for the funding facilities, as well as any funding instruments that replace or succeed them. The Contractor is designated as the approving authority in the funding facilities, the Authority as the supervising Senate Administration.
