Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Klinik Immenstadt, BA 1, Erweiterungsbau Nordwest, Leistungen der Technische Ausrüstung ALG 1, 2, 3, 7 und 8 (HLS) gem. §§ 53 ff HOAI 2021, LPH 3-9, bei stufenweiser Beauftragung

The subject of the contract are services of building and interior design planning according to §§ 33 ff HOAI 2021, LPH 3-9 with phased commissioning. Various special services may also be commissioned as required.------The Klinikverbund Allgäu gGmbH plans the construction of the new building „Section 1 Northwest Extension“ at the Klinik Immenstadt site.------The Klinik Immenstadt is a hospital of the Klinikverbund Allgäu.------There is an additional space requirement for the Klinikverbund Allgäu gGmbH at the Immenstadt site due to the increase in planned beds to 230, decided by the Bavarian State Ministry of Health, Prevention and Care in May 2026, and the creation of currently missing ancillary rooms. The construction project is designated „Section 1 Northwest Extension“. ------The new building with a usable area of approximately 3,921 m² according to the target plan comprises four floors with: - Basement: Technology, Changing Rooms - Ground Floor: Doctor's Offices, U+B Rooms, Chaplaincy, Social Services, Quiet Room - 1st Floor: High-Care Bed Station - 2nd Floor: Doctor's Offices, Administration, Meeting Rooms, Archive - 3rd Floor: Nursing Station, Elective Care. The roof area is planned for a technical center (e.g. ventilation center) and a PV system. ------Site clearance works, including demolition, utility adjustments and pipe relocations in the construction area or the adjacent pavement, are also required. The client is currently obtaining up-to-date utility plans. ------The implementation of site clearance, demolition of the chapel, construction of the new building, renovation of the existing structure and creation of the necessary connections to the building complex will be carried out in several construction phases. ------Relocation of the oxygen tank is necessary; the northern part of the property in front of the access road to the GZI parking lot is favored as the new location. ------The excavation base will be below the average groundwater level; therefore, according to current knowledge, sheet piling will be required for the excavation pit, which will be integrated into the clay layers. ------For the further planning steps of the structural design, a geotechnical expert will be commissioned shortly. ------In addition to the new building, a renovation of the existing structure in the form of an expansion of the Central Emergency Department (creation of monitoring places, previously: changing rooms) in the basement is planned (see attached drawings). During the construction phase, access to the Central Emergency Department must be ensured at all times. ------The attached room and functional program has been approved by the Bavarian State Ministry of Health, Prevention and Care. The project will apply for funding in accordance with Art. 11 BayKrG. The funding requirements (e.g. schedule, procurement regulations, requirements for funding application documents) must be strictly observed during project implementation.------The specialist disciplines commissioned in June 2026 for the preparation of the funding application are considered pre-qualified applicants. The already prepared planning documents will be made available to all participants with the tender documents (see 5.1.11) to bring all bidders to the same level of information. ------Timeline: The award negotiation is scheduled to take place in mid-November 2026. The award of the contract and the immediate subsequent project start is planned for the end of 2026/beginning of 2027. The construction of the new building is scheduled for Q3/2028 to Q4/2030.------Note: The project meetings will be held in German.
