Italy – Pre-school education services – GARA EUROPEA A PROCEDURA APERTA EX ART.71 DEL D.LGS36 2023, CON INVERSIONE PROCEDIMENTALE EX ART.107, COMMA 3, PER L’AFFIDAMENTO DELLA GESTIONE DEI SERVIZI EDUCATIVI DEI NIDI DI INFANZIA COMUNALI.

The contract concerns the awarding of the management of three nurseries, located in the municipal area, and the provision of educational services at the same nurseries, which will accommodate children aged between 3 and 36 months, with the service being carried out in the ways and times represented in this tender documentation. The educational service is structured in the following activities: a) development of an educational project and a management plan for the municipal services for early childhood “Lo Scrigno Magico”, “Girotondo”, “Mafalda”; the implementation of the educational project and the management plan must take place in agreement with the Pedagogical Coordinator of the Entity; b) provision of the necessary educational staff for the care and education of the children; c) management of the children's integration into the nursery; d) ensuring the children have the correct educational continuity by operating in a fair and harmonious relationship with the School of Infancy; e) supply of educational games, consumable educational materials, suitable for implementing the pedagogical project; f) supply of stationery, sanitary materials for the needs of the children (diapers, detergents, changing table paper, emollient creams, etc.). For the regulatory, organizational and pedagogical aspects, reference must be made to the laws and regulations of the Region of Tuscany regarding nurseries and, in particular, to L.R. 32/02 and subsequent amendments, to the Implementing Regulation of the same law approved by D.P.G.R. Tuscany n. 41/r of 30 July 2013 and subsequent amendments, as well as to the Municipal Regulation of educational services for early childhood approved by the City Council with its Deliberation n. 7 of 10/03/2022 and amended by City Council Deliberation n. 17 of 04.03.2026.
