Germany – Electro-encephalographs – Elektrophysiologische Geräte

The subject of the tender is the replacement and modernization of the neurophysiological diagnostic systems of the Universitätsklinikum Halle (Saale). The procurement includes systems for performing electrophysiological examinations in the areas of EEG, EMG, ENG and evoked potentials. Specifically, the procurement of an EMG system, a stationary ENG/EP system, a mobile ENG/EMG/EP system, a stationary EEG system without video equipment, and a mobile EEG system with video equipment is envisaged. The scope of services includes the hardware and software components required for operation, report workstation licenses, as well as the connection and integration of the systems into the existing hospital information system ORBIS, including the necessary interface, integration, testing and commissioning services. The aim of the procurement is to replace the existing inventory systems with a current system landscape that meets the applicable IT security requirements, and to improve the electronic data exchange between the neurophysiological systems and the hospital information system. An optional part of the tender is a maintenance contract after the expiry of the warranty period. Estimated contract value incl. the option of a maintenance contract after the expiry of the warranty period: 255,388.00 € net / 303,911.72 € gross.
