Riikinvoima Oy (hereinafter also the Contracting Authority or the Contracting Entity) is tendering a framework agreement for scaffolding services for the Ekovoimalaitos. The scaffolding services agreement shall cover all scaffolding services for the entire plant during the contract period. The procurement contract period is four (4) years from 1.9.2026 to 31.8.2030. The Contracting Entity requests candidates to submit an application for participation in the negotiated procedure in accordance with this invitation to participate and its annexes. Riikinvoima Oy's Ekovoimalaitos includes a waste-to-energy power plant based on circulating fluidized bed technology for the combined production of electricity and district heating, waste reception, waste storage bunker, waste processing, flue gas treatment plant, and outdoor areas at the site.
