The Church Property Management of the Evangelical Lutheran Church District of Hannover plans to increase the density of the approximately 4,220 m2 site of the parish buildings of the St. Johannes congregation in Hannover-Davenstedt. Both the parish hall and the rectory are available and can be converted into residential buildings or demolished and replaced by new buildings. New housing concepts, particularly for area-efficient, sufficient housing construction, which, in addition to economic and design aspects, provide flexible usability for different age and needs groups and the possibility of social interaction, are the aim of the competition.
