The project concerns total consultancy services, including interdisciplinary advice and services related to construction and site works at the National Treasury. With a location in a protected historical monument and near protected buildings, and with the majority of the building placed underground, the project is highly subject to authority and stakeholder involvement. Therefore, there are special requirements for quality in relation to adaptation to the overall cultural-historical site around Rosenborg Castle, respect for the surrounding protected buildings, and to the architecture of the surrounding buildings. This means that a comprehensive total consultant with competencies that cover the delivery of the necessary interdisciplinary services is included. This includes, in addition to architectural, landscape, and engineering expertise within cultural and/or museum construction, time and cost management, as well as experience with authority dialogue in relation to the historical monument and the protected buildings, as well as to the other authorities. The total consultant will also advise the client on the tendering of the construction and site works contract.
