Subject of this tender are the structural works for the new construction of the waterworks of the city of Wendlingen am Neckar (Neckarstraße 63, 73240 Wendlingen a.N.). The overall construction project includes a storage and vehicle hall, the waterworks and an administrative building. Key services: Special foundation engineering: Production of vibrated stone columns (RSP), excavation (homogeneous areas E2–E4) and groundwater control. Earthworks, drainage & sewer works: Trench excavation, pipe laying and road crossings. Structural works & concrete works: Foundations, floor slabs, walls and ceilings. Execution of watertight concrete components (WU, BK 1 / NK A) as well as fair-faced concrete (SB2). Asphalt works: Yard, parking and traffic areas.
