Poland – Wastewater treatment plant construction work – Przebudowa i rozbudowa istniejącej oczyszczalni ścieków w Nowogardzie

The subject of the assignment is the design and implementation of the investment entitled: „Reconstruction and expansion of the existing wastewater treatment plant in Nowogard”. The currently operating wastewater treatment plant is located in Nowogard, in the north-eastern part of the town at ul. Zamkowa 9. The subject of the order includes the comprehensive implementation of the Investment, in particular: a) preparation of the complete design documentation, obtaining all necessary administrative decisions, opinions and approvals required by law, including, inter alia, a building permit and (if applicable) an update of the water law permit; b) execution of all construction works as well as supply of machinery and equipment in accordance with the approved design documentation and PFU; c) provision of author's supervision during the execution of construction works; d) carrying out the full process of Start-up and Trial Run (Operational Test) along with confirmation of achieving Control Parameters and Ecological Effect; e) obtaining, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, the final decision on the permit for use; f) provision of Warranty on the terms specified in the contract.
