Design and implementation of design supervision for the following object: Object: «Northern bypass of Gorna Oryahovitsa» / 9.3 km. Section No.1: «Northern bypass of Gorna Oryahovitsa» - new alignment with scope - from road III - 514 to municipal road VTR – 1054. Section No.2: «Northern bypass of Gorna Oryahovitsa» - section from municipal road VTR – 1054 – for reconstruction. Section No.3: «Northern bypass of Gorna Oryahovitsa» - new alignment with scope - from municipal road VTR – 1054 to road III - 5003. The main objective of the contract is to select an executor possessing the necessary professional competence and qualification for the performance of services for the preparation of an investment project in the Technical Project phase and the exercise of design supervision. The full description of the requirements regarding the content of the project is contained in the Technical Specification/Technical Assignment. In accordance with the current regulatory framework for design and Ordinance No. 4/21.05.2001 for the scope and content of investment projects, it is necessary to develop a technical project in the following parts: SECTION Geodesy SECTION Geology and Hydrogeology SECTION Road SECTION Structural SECTION Landscape and Reclamation SECTION Safety and Health SECTION EIA SECTION Fire Safety The public procurement is initiated under the conditions of Article 114 of the PPA, as at the time of its opening, financing has not been secured.
