Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy invites interested parties to submit an application to participate in the dynamic purchasing system for the establishment of air handling unit filters. The dynamic purchasing system is a two-stage process. In the first stage, the dynamic purchasing system is established and in the second stage, the air handling unit filters included in the dynamic purchasing system are competed for through internal competitions within the system, for example, through an electronic auction. The tender competitions will be held approximately twice a year. The total cost-effectiveness of a purchase made within the dynamic purchasing system is defined in more detail in the tender invitation related to the purchase. All candidates who meet the eligibility requirements may join the dynamic purchasing system for its entire duration and all candidates accepted into the purchasing system may submit bids in the competitions. NOTE! Registration in the system does not bind the candidate or oblige them to participate in the actual competitions. However, registration is a prerequisite for participating in the competitions. Furthermore, it is required that the eligibility conditions specified in the procurement documents are met.
