RATPFrancePublished on Sep 22, 2026
No deadline given

Description

This notice concerns the establishment of mixed, multi-supplier, multi-lot framework agreements with a maximum value of 6,350,000 € for inter-company training and subsequent contracts for in-house/customised training, with no minimum amount. The subject of the framework agreements is the purchase of services relating to the delivery and follow-up of technical training courses from the supplier's catalogue. The services are divided into four lots, each corresponding to a specific theme:

Lot 1 - Training in Prevention, Regulation and Safety;

Lot 2 - Welding Training;

Lot 3 - Building - Civil Engineering Training;

Lot 4 - Training in the fields of Electricity, Energy and Ventilation.

These training courses are mainly carried out inter-company and, exceptionally, in-house, with the possibility of adapting the training programme to the specific needs of the RATP in the premises of the Contractor or the RATP. As an indication, the estimated number of trainees per lot is as follows:

Lot 1: approximately 1,500 trainees per year;

Lot 2: approximately 100 trainees per year;

Lot 3: approximately 200 trainees per year;

Lot 4: approximately 150 trainees per year.

These volumes are estimates, given as an indication and in no way bind the RATP. A non-exhaustive list of services related to these 4 lots is indicated in Annex 2 of the Framework Agreement Draft. The training courses have a cross-cutting nature and are intended for all project stakeholders of the RATP Group for the RATP EPIC and all its entities as well as its authorised subsidiaries. The Candidate is informed that the RATP has set up a purchasing group with some of its subsidiaries in order to pool the purchase of the services in question, which are common to the members of the group. The RATP is designated by all the members of the group as the coordinator of the group. The term "Beneficiary" refers to the members of this purchasing group. They may purchase services that are the subject of this framework agreement. The RATP subsidiaries integrated during the execution of the framework agreement acquire the status of Beneficiary. The modalities for the award of OLS are defined in the conditions of Article 14 of the Framework Agreement Draft. The start of the services is scheduled for 1 April 2027.
