Poland – Machinery and apparatus for filtering or purifying water – Dostawa mobilnych kontenerowych stacji uzdatniania wody: zestawu o wydajności 150 m³/h (część 1) oraz stacji na przyczepie o wydajności do 30 m³/h (część 2)

The subject of the procurement is the supply of mobile containerised deep-water treatment stations, including commissioning, technical start-up and training of the contracting authority's personnel, in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the procurement (OPZ) constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 2) As part of Part 1 of the procurement, the contracting authority requires the supply of a set of 3 (three) identical, mobile, containerised water treatment modules, each with a nominal capacity of 50 m³/h, providing a total set capacity of approx. 150 m³/h (allowable tolerance: not less than 150 m³/h, +/- 10%), enabling operation in Mode I (using a submersible pump and bypass of second-stage pumps) and in Mode II (using a raw water tank and second-stage pumps), in accordance with the detailed technical specification contained in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ (OPZ). 3) The contractor is obliged to offer a solution that meets at least the minimum requirements specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. The trade names of manufacturers, types and models of equipment indicated in the OPZ are reference parameters – the contracting authority allows the use of equivalent equipment, materials and solutions, provided that no worse parameters of operation, durability, control range, compatibility with automation and the possibility of obtaining the required quality of treated water are maintained, in accordance with the principle of equivalence described in point 2.1 of Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 4) The subject of the procurement also includes (Part 2 of the procurement) the supply of 1 (one) mobile water treatment station in a 20' HC container, mounted on a trailer, with a capacity of up to 30 m³/h of deep water, in accordance with the detailed technical specification contained in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ (OPZ, Part 2 of the procurement). 5) The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial offers. 6) The contracting authority does not allow the submission of alternative offers as defined in Article 92 of the Pzp. The technical requirements of the set of modules of Part 1 of the procurement have been clearly defined in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
