The subject of the contract is the Purchase of medical equipment as part of the investment task entitled: "Improving the accessibility and quality of oncological treatment in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship through the expansion, modernisation and equipment of the Specialist Hospital in Brzozów of the Podkarpackie Oncology Centre – Task No. 3 named: Equipment of the organisational units of the Podkarpackie Oncology Centre according to 9 parts: Part 1- Patient parameter monitor, mobile 1 unit Part 2- Treatment chair 1 unit Part 3- Medicine fridge 1 unit Part 4- Treatment lamp 1 unit Part 5- Operating lamp with UPS 1 unit Part 6- Ultrasound device Part 7- Patient transport trolley 2 units Part 8- Shadowless, mobile treatment lamp 2 units Part 9- Cardio monitor 1 unit The detailed description of the subject of the contract is in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 1. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers in the scope of not less than one part The list of required subject and object documents is contained in the specification of the contract conditions. Subject evidential means are subject to supplementation. The procedure, as referred to in Article 139(1) of the Pzp Act, shall apply.
