The subject of the public contract is the purchase (sale) of electrical energy in the sense of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended), supplied to facilities in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship in accordance with the standards specified in the tariff and system regulations. The subject of the contract has been divided into 3 parts: • Part 1 – covers the purchase (sale) of electrical energy to 40 energy intake points, in accordance with Annex No. 6a to SWZ • Part 2 – covers the purchase (sale) of electrical energy to 83 energy intake points, in accordance with Annex No. 6b to SWZ • Part 3 – covers the purchase (sale) of electrical energy to 87 energy intake points, in accordance with Annex No. 6c to SWZ
