In January 2026, the Valkenhorst environmental plan will be irrevocably established and by mid-March 2026, the first sale of three development plots will have started. For the further development of Valkenhorst, the Rijksvastgoedbedrijf is seeking, through a framework agreement (ROK), three engineering firms to support the Rijksvastgoedbedrijf over the next four to six years in further plan development and in the preparation and supervision of the first implementation contracts. The total expected demand for engineering services as described, or logically following from 23868 Scopeomschrijving civieltechnische ontwerp- en adviesproducten Valkenhorst, amounts to €1,300,000 per year.
