The planned construction project is located in the district of Ober-Ingelheim, situated on the streets "Hinter der Ohrenbrücke" and "Im Rheinweg". The planning area lies within the scope of the land-use plan "Ohrenbrücke II". The basis for the planning are: - The established land-use plan "Ohrenbrücke II", City of Ingelheim am Rhein, - The WBI Construction and Equipment Description, - The WBI Project Specifications, - Planning standard green infrastructure. In implementing the planning, economical buildings are to be achieved by utilising the site while creating attractive living conditions. The buildings are to blend in with the local character, and the architecture of the new construction is to contribute to the enhancement of the district. A multi-storey car park is to be planned for the required parking space proof. For the entire facility, QNG certification is being sought. Compliance with the requirements for accessibility and sustainable building standards is to be ensured in accordance with the provisions of the State Building Code. For the entire quarter, a higher-level district heating network planning is being pursued in parallel. The planning of the heating network is currently being carried out on the basis of a cold district heating network. In the object and technical building services planning, possible interfaces to a district-wide energy supply are to be taken into account. As part of the planning, the provisions of the water management accompanying plan for dealing with the rainwater generated are to be taken into account. This includes, in particular, the area provision for rainwater retention with throttled discharge and the consideration of the planned routing of the watercourse of the third order. A planning interface coordination with the contractor responsible for this is to be ensured. The following construction costs are expected for the overall measure: KG 300 Structure - Structural Construction: 10,000,000 EUR (net); KG 400 Structure - Technical Installations: 2,100,000 EUR (net). The contract award is planned in stages.
