The subject of the procurement is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision, operation and maintenance of a collaboration and file storage system ("KoDaS") as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). The procurement is carried out on behalf of govdigital eG for the implementation of the cross-regional "Pädagogische Cloud-Infrastruktur" (PCI). The solution must be based on open-source technology and provide a seamless, integrated working environment for schools and school authorities. Core components include file management, collaborative online office, e-mail client functionalities, as well as calendar and contact management.
