The Blindeninstitutsstiftung Würzburg intends to construct an extension to a school building and to upgrade the fire protection of the Kniese Haus in Schmalkalden. ● Planning services according to HOAI LPH 1 – 4 have already been provided for the existing structure. No planning services have been provided for the planned extension. ● The estimated construction costs (cost groups 300-500) according to DIN 276 are approximately 3.0 million € net for the school and approximately 0.5 million € net for the renovation. ● A detailed description can be found in the description of the measures as Annex 01 of the tender documents. All available documents will be sent to the selected participants with the invitation to Stage 2.
