France – Provision of services to the community – COMMUNICATION GRAND PUBLIC SUR LE PROGRAMME D’ACTION DE PREVENTION DES INONDATIONS (PAPI) DU TERRITOIRE DE CAP EXCELLENCE

For the PAPI of the Cap Excellence territory, the communication will continue from that carried out as part of the PAPI of the Grands Fonds catchment areas, but will be dedicated to the territory of the Cap Excellence agglomeration community, including the town of Baie-Mahault. The public communication meets the requirements of Axis 1 of the PAPI, aimed at improving knowledge. It will cover several aspects: - Institutional support for the PAPI through a reworked visual identity; - Enhancing the concrete implementation of PAPI actions; - Understanding and integrating risk mechanisms through the development of interactive and multimedia tools that promote understanding for the greatest number; - Developing a shared risk culture across the territory based on online educational tools, available on the Cap Excellence website.
