The subject of the public contract is the repeated continuous supply of special medical material/means (hereinafter also “ZP”) for a period of 36 months, in accordance with Act No. 375/2022, on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, namely the supply of catheters including their accessories intended for the treatment of patients with heart rhythm disorders, in the expected scope according to the current needs of the contracting authority in accordance with the tender conditions and technical specification.
