The subject of the public procurement is: „UPGRADING THE INFORMATION SYSTEM „INTEGRATED BULGARIAN MARITIME SURVEILLANCE (INBULMARS), BASED ON A COMMON INFORMATION SHARING ENVIRONMENT (CISE) FOR SURVEILLANCE OF THE MARITIME TERRITORY OF THE EU”“. Brief description of the activities related to the implementation of the subject of the procurement: Activity 1: Delivery of equipment for upgrading the data centre. Within this activity, the Contractor shall deliver equipment and system software necessary for upgrading the data centre and for providing an infrastructure basis for the operation of the InBulMarS system. The requirements for the necessary equipment and system software for upgrading the data centre and for providing an infrastructure basis for the operation of the InBulMarS system are described in section 8 of the technical specification. Activity 2: Installation and configuration of the delivered equipment. Within this activity, the Contractor shall provide services for the installation, configuration and preparation for operation of the delivered equipment, so that a functional, secure and sustainable infrastructure environment for the InBulMarS system is ensured. The requirements and scope of the services are described in section 8 of the technical specification. Activity 3: Development of new functionalities of the system. Within this activity, the Contractor shall perform an audit, technological and functional upgrading of the InBulMarS system, including the external user module, so as to ensure higher performance, better usability, better traceability of exchange and full compatibility with the national CISE node.
