Swedavia is procuring a new competency system to support three central HR processes: training, performance and succession. The system will be delivered as a SaaS service and include user rights for both internal and external users, implementation, training, support, maintenance and documentation. The assignment also includes migration of relevant information from the current solution and necessary integrations with adjacent systems.

In cases where tendering companies wish to use the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD), Swedavia will facilitate this by sending the document to the tendering company upon request. The document can then be completed and attached to the tender. The use of ESPD is voluntary.
