Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of control and research equipment, namely:

PART 1: 1.1. Spectrometer – 1 unit

PART 2: 2.1. Mycotoxin / GMO apparatus – 1 unit

PART 3: 3.1. Microtome – 1 unit

PART 4: 4.1. Grain (seed) laboratory sorter/analyzer – 1 unit

3. The contractor is obliged to execute the contract on the terms and conditions described in the contract template, which is Annex 3 to the SWZ.

4. The contractor will be obliged to:

- transport the delivered equipment to the building of the ordering party in the city of Kielce;

- deliver the delivered equipment to the rooms indicated by the ordering party;

- connect and start up the delivered equipment – in order to demonstrate proper operation;

- provide warranty service during the warranty period at the place of use of the equipment, on the terms specified in the contract.

5. The required warranty and guarantee period for the delivered equipment is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ. (Offers with a warranty and guarantee period shorter than that specified in Annex 1 will be rejected).

6. The delivered equipment must be factory new, with no signs of use, must come from current production, i.e. must be produced no earlier than 2025 and may not be the subject of third-party rights.

7. The delivered equipment should have the required by law certificates, certificates, quality certificates and meet all the requirements of the standards specified by the applicable law, taking into account primarily its intended use.

8. The delivered equipment must have, on the day of delivery, a warranty card, operating instructions (in paper form) and all necessary documents required for this type of equipment; it should be equipped with all the elements (connectors, cables, etc.) necessary for start-up and operation at the ordering party for the purpose for which they are being purchased, without the need for the ordering party to purchase additional elements.

9. All documents attached to the subject of the contract must be drawn up in Polish in printed form (preferred electronic version of the operating instructions recorded on a pendrive).

10. All documents must be drawn up in a manner that ensures accessibility for persons with disabilities, in particular taking into account the principles resulting from:

1) Act on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities (of 4 April 2019, Journal of Laws 2019, item 848, as amended by Journal of Laws 2023, item 511);

2) Act on ensuring accessibility to persons with special needs (of 19 July 2019, Journal of Laws 2019, item 1696);

3) Accessibility standards for cohesion policy (Annex 2 to the Guidelines on the implementation of the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities and the principle of equal opportunities for women and men in the context of EU funds);

4) Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (adopted in New York in 2006, ratified by Poland in 2012, item 1169).
