Germany – Rescue services – Vergabeverfahren - Intensivtransport 2026 - der Stadt Münster als Kernträgerin der Trägergemeinschaft ITW

The subject of the contract is the provision of non-urgent intensive transport as part of public emergency rescue services. The City of Münster, the district of Steinfurt, the district of Coesfeld, the district of Warendorf and the district of Borken ensure the sub-task of non-urgent ground-based intensive transport of initially treated emergency patients according to § 2 Abs. 2 S. 2 RettG NRW in the entire area of the carrier community (§ 6 Abs. 4 RettG NRW in conjunction with § 23 Abs. 1 1. Alt. GkG NRW). The City of Münster has taken over the sub-task of intensive transport within a time limit according to the respectively valid emergency services needs plan of the City of Münster in its own responsibility (core carrier). The carrier community is not yet effective at the time of the start of the procedure. However, the City of Münster assumes that the effectiveness will be available during the tendering procedure, at the latest however at the time of the invitation to submit the final tender according to § 24 Abs. 4 GwG NRW.
