The subject of the order is the purchase of computer equipment with software, divided into tasks. Task 1 – AiO computer equipment with software, type 1 - 200 units; Task 2 – portable computer equipment with software, type 2 - 200 units; Task 3 – portable computer equipment with software, type 3 - 6 units; Task 4 – portable computer equipment with software, type 4 - 5 units; Task 5 – portable computer equipment with software, type 5 - 5 units; Task 6 – portable computer equipment with software, type 6 - 4 units. 2. The ordering party envisages the possibility of applying the right of option on the basis of art. 441 para. 1 of Pzp, in the scope of increasing the quantity of ordered equipment by 100% in each task, on the following principles: 1) the ordering party may exercise the right of option once or several times (up to a maximum of 10 times), until the maximum quantity of the right of option is exhausted, i.e. 100% of the computer equipment in each task; 2) the ordering party reserves the right to use the option in the event of a need for computer equipment and the acquisition of additional financial resources; 3) the order carried out within the framework of the option is a unilateral right of the ordering party, therefore the non-use of the right of option by the ordering party does not constitute a basis for the contractor to claim any claims against the ordering party; 4) the execution of the order covered by the right of option will take place within 10 working days from the date of submission by the ordering party of a written declaration of the exercise of the right of option, containing the quantity of Equipment within the right of option. 5) the conditions relating to the execution of the order covered by the right of option will be the same as those applicable to the execution of the basic order. The ordering party also reserves that the unit prices covered by the option will be identical to those in the basic order and unchanged throughout the period of implementation of the contract; 6) the ordering party reserves the right to use the option by 30 November 2027.
