Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Zorganizowanie i prowadzenie dwóch punktów selektywnego zbierania odpadów komunalnych (PSZOK)

The subject of the contract is the organisation and operation of two points for the selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK), from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. 2. Description of the subject of the contract, conditions of implementation and settlement: 1) The subject of the contract is the organisation, launch and operation of two points for the selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOKs), one point located in the right-bank and one in the left-bank part of the city of Oświęcim. 2) Basic information: a) The area of the city of Oświęcim is approximately 30 km2. b) The number of inhabitants in the city of Oświęcim who will be able to use the PSZOKs is: b.1) according to the population register - 32,558 persons, b.2) according to submitted declarations - 31,945 persons. 3) The contracting authority has specified the following possible locations for the PSZOKs: a) ul. Więźniów Oświęcimia dz. ozn. 1150/170 - which is the property of the city of Oświęcim, b) ul. Bema dz. ozn. 2013/20 - which is the property of another entity. The above-mentioned location is in accordance with the provisions of the Local Spatial Development Plan. The contractor, in the event of using the location at ul. Więźniów Oświęcimia, has the obligation to conclude a land lease agreement, on the terms specified in the President of the city of Oświęcim's Ordinance on the determination of the minimum lease rates for land and the rental of commercial stands and kiosks. The contractor, in the event of using the location at ul. Bema, has the possibility to conclude a lease agreement, in which the terms of cooperation will be specified. Additionally, the contracting authority indicates the areas at ul. Unii Europejskiej and ul. Dąbrowskiego in Oświęcim, where there is the possibility of creating a stationary PSZOK. 4) The detailed description of the subject of the contract, the conditions of its implementation, acceptance, settlement and payment, as well as other important provisions for the parties, which will be included in the contract for this contract, have been specified in the contract template and the documents attached to it, which are attached to the SWZ. 5) The documents published by the contracting authority in connection with the subject matter of the proceedings constitute a whole and are the basis for the calculation by the contractors of the offer price and for determining the obligations of the contractor resulting from the transfer to him for implementation of the subject of the contract.
