Finland – Construction work – Osallistumispyyntö, Turun satamaradan siirto/SARA maa- pohja- ja taitorakenne sekä sähköurakka/Simppu KU

The contract is a comprehensive lump-sum contract (KU) that includes unit-priced components. The contract also includes options. The contract is located in the area of the City of Turku. The area is bounded to the north by the Turku Tavara Iso-Heikkilä station. The construction area crosses Kuninkojan, continuing under the Pahaniemen bridges to the area of the Port of Turku. The contract includes, among other things, the following main work phases:

Civil Engineering:

- Excavations

- Blasting

- Construction of the base and substructures of the track and service roads

- Construction of the foundations of the pillars with base slabs and piling

- Construction of all dewatering

- Construction of open ditches

- Construction of the flood plain with greening (option)

- Construction of the level crossing and lighting foundations

- Construction of the collision protection for the Pahaniemen bridges

- Execution of all the fillings indicated in the plans for the area

- Construction of all the track underpasses

- Demolition of the temporary sheet piling

All work to be completed according to the plans with all the required materials.

Structural Works:

- Construction of the Kuninkojan bridge

- Construction of the Kuninkojan pile slabs

- Construction of the pier pile slab

- Construction of the pier canopy with electricity and other systems (option)

- Construction of the pier structures with electricity and other systems

- Construction of the contact protection for the Pahaniemen bridges

All work to be completed according to the plans with all the required materials.

Pier Area High Voltage and Other Electrical Works:

- Pier area lighting works

- Pier canopy lighting works (option)

- Pier canopy heating works (option)

- Pier area frost protection heating

- Pier canopy cable routes (option)

- Pier area cable routes

- Procurement and installation of the main switchgear. Link cable connection.

- Pier canopy earthing (option)

- Pier area and equipment earthing works

- Kuninkojan bridge earthing works

- Pier area dynamic signs, announcements, sound canopy, camera surveillance, and induction loop.

- Pier area static signs

- Commissioning inspections and measurements as well as final inspection.

Works related to safety equipment:

- Construction of cable ducts and underpasses

- Installation of cabinet foundations

- Installation of signal foundations

- Installation of the foundation of the level crossing cabinet
