The construction of the building for the demanding housing services for people with intellectual disabilities on Myllyojantie in Paimio, Southwest Finland Well-being Area, will be carried out as a KVR contract. The contract type is a fixed-price KVR contract, in which the KVR contractor is responsible for the entire project design and acts as the main contractor and the principal responsible as defined by legislation. The construction site includes the 24/7 housing unit for 15 clients of the demanding housing service for people with intellectual disabilities in the Southwest Finland Well-being Area. The project includes one building, which includes a shelter. The total size of the project is approximately 1510 m².
