Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Fachplanung zum Breitbandausbau im Landkreis Lüchow-Dannenberg („Weiße Flecken 2“)

The subject of the procurement procedure is specialist planning services for the broadband expansion in the district of Lüchow-Dannenberg. In the district of Lüchow-Dannenberg, the so-called "White Spots 1" have been successfully addressed as part of the previous federal and state funding programs, so that already substantial underserved areas have been supplied with gigabit-capable infrastructure. In addition, there are further contiguous funding areas that are to be developed in the follow-up program "White Spots 2". These are the three collective municipalities of Lüchow, Gartow and Elbtalaue, for which corresponding funding has been applied for and provisional grant notifications are available. The subject of this tender is planning and monitoring services for the broadband expansion in the three collective municipalities of Lüchow, Gartow and Elbtalaue in the supply area of the district of Lüchow-Dannenberg. A phased awarding is planned, whereby the local construction supervision is to be awarded separately according to the current planning. However, the contracting authority reserves the right to also call this off via the contract subject to this procedure.
