Supply, installation, commissioning and handover of a complete photovoltaic system with associated construction works - the contract is awarded in 2 parts within the investment task no.: „Increase in the production of electricity from renewable sources in public buildings of the City of Katowice - Stage II”. The subject of the contract is divided into 2 parts and includes: Part I – the building of the Youth Palace named after Prof. A. Kamiński at ul. Mikołowska 26 Part II - the building of the Municipal Cultural Centre „Szopienice-Giszowiec” at ul. Hallera 28 Details of the scope of the contract: I. For Part I (Youth Palace named after Prof. A. Kamiński at ul. Mikołowska 26) the scope includes: a) Design and approval of the photovoltaic installation together with all necessary components, modifications and connection to the electrical installation, b) Obtaining the required permits/consents for the implementation of the task, if such are required, c) Obtaining the required by law opinions, valid permits, checks, agreements and approvals of the design documentation, in particular agreements with the Contracting Authority, experts in the field of fire protection, safety and hygiene at work and sanitary-hygienic, the competent Heritage Conservation Office, d) Supervision of the author's supervision, e) Supply of equipment and building materials to the construction site, necessary for the execution of the photovoltaic installation, f) Reconstruction or replacement of the electrical installation to the necessary extent, g) Execution of necessary works consisting in the creation of an automatically cooperating system of photovoltaic panels, inverter, power factor compensation system, electrical installation and protection as well as earthing, h) Reconstruction and adaptation of the lightning protection installation, i) Execution of necessary structures for the installation of PV modules, j) Laying of cables for connecting PV panels, k) Installation of inverters for servicing PV panels, l) Installation of a smartmeter device, m) Supply and installation of a power factor compensator for each connection, n) Adaptation of the installation to the applicable regulations, including a fire protection circuit breaker, o) Conducting tests of the entire installation and necessary measurements, p) Programming and commissioning of the control system, q) Conducting the start-up of the installation, r) Training of persons indicated by the Contracting Authority in the scope of operation and safe use of the photovoltaic installation, s) All component devices of the photovoltaic installation must have the required certificates and approvals and their compatibility must be ensured (including with the central monitoring system implemented in the City of Katowice named „System for monitoring energy and water carriers with the possibility of control in public utility buildings of the City of Katowice - SMiS). t) Execution, delivery and installation of an information and commemorative board. The panels should be installed on the roof of the Youth Palace building at ul. Mikołowska 26 with a total power not less than 2 x 49.755 kWp = 99.51 kWp and not more than 2 x 50 kWp. Immediately after the start of the construction works for the given part of the contract the Contractor is obliged to execute, deliver and install an information and commemorative board (with dimensions 80x40 cm), which will promote the implementation of the investment co-financed by the EU. II. For Part II (Municipal Cultural Centre „Szopienice-Giszowiec” at ul. Hallera 28) the scope includes: a) Design and approval of the photovoltaic installation together with all necessary components, modifications and connection to the electrical installation, b) Obtaining the required permits/consents for the implementation of the task, if such are required, c) Obtaining the required by law opinions, valid permits, checks, agreements and approvals of the design documentation, in particular agreements with the Contracting Authority, experts in the field of fire protection, safety and hygiene at work and sanitary-hygienic, the competent Heritage Conservation Office, d) Supervision of the author's supervision, e) Supply of equipment and building materials to the construction site, necessary for the execution of the photovoltaic installation, f) Reconstruction or replacement of the electrical installation to the necessary extent, g) Execution of necessary works consisting in the creation of an automatically cooperating system of photovoltaic panels, energy storage, inverter, power factor compensation system, electrical installation and protection as well as earthing, h) Reconstruction and adaptation of the lightning protection installation, i) Execution of necessary structures for the installation of PV modules, j) Execution of an additional layer of thermal insulation paper in the place of installation of the installation on the roof of the administrative-office building, k) Laying of cables for connecting PV panels, l) Installation of inverters for servicing PV panels, m) Installation of an energy storage in the agreed location, including the reconstruction of the room taking into account the applicable regulations, n) Installation of a smartmeter device, o) Supply and installation of a power factor compensator, p) Adaptation of the installation to the applicable regulations, including a fire protection circuit breaker, q) Conducting tests of the entire installation and necessary measurements, r) Programming and commissioning of the control system, s) Conducting the start-up of the installation, t) Training of persons indicated by the Contracting Authority in the scope of operation and safe use of the photovoltaic installation, u) All component devices of the photovoltaic installation must have the required certificates and approvals and their compatibility must be ensured (including with the central monitoring system implemented in the City of Katowice named „System for monitoring energy and water carriers with the possibility of control in public utility buildings of the City of Katowice - SMiS). v) Execution, delivery and installation of an information and commemorative board. The panels should be installed on the roof of the MDK „Szopienice-Giszowiec” building at ul. Hallera 28 with a power not less than 20.33 kWp and not more than 50 kWp. The task also includes the execution of an energy storage (not less than 24.84 kWh). Immediately after the start of the construction works for the given part of the contract the Contractor is obliged to execute, deliver and install an information and commemorative board (with dimensions 80x40 cm), which will promote the implementation of the investment co-financed by the EU.
