Due to the increase in student numbers at the Werkrealschule in recent years, the current space requirements cannot be accommodated in the existing areas of the main and administrative building. Perspectively, a further increase is to be expected due to already ongoing construction areas. In recent years, existing specialist rooms have been regularly converted to create the necessary number of classrooms. Additional space for classrooms and the required specialist rooms is to be created by an extension (Building part B.1). Furthermore, renovation and refurbishment measures are planned for the existing building (Building part B+C).
