The subject of the procurement is the purchase and distribution of electricity for the needs of the facilities of the organisational units of the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship (comprehensive agreement). 2. The subject of the procurement has been divided into two Parts: 1) Part I: ENEA Operator Sp. z o. o. distribution area 2) Part II: ENERGA - OPERATOR S.A. distribution area 3. A detailed description and the method of implementing the procurement is contained in the Contract Template and the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Procurement, which are respectively Annex 9 and Annex 2 to the SWZ.
