The subject of the contract is the Purchase and distribution of electrical energy for the needs of the facilities of the organizational units of the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship (comprehensive contract). 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into two Parts: 1) Part I: ENEA Operator Sp. z o. o. distribution area 2) Part II: ENERGA - OPERATOR S.A. distribution area 3. The detailed description and the manner of execution of the contract are contained in the Contract Template and the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract, which are respectively Annex 9 and Annex 2 to the SWZ.
