Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of an educational station with a 6-axis robot (8 units) intended for programming learning and industrial process simulation, along with a desktop computer and a set of accessories. In the event that the documentation provided contains the names of manufacturers, products, or solutions, trademarks, patents, or source information, or a specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific contractor, the Purchaser allows the offer of materials, devices, or equivalent solutions in terms of technical, qualitative, functional, and operational parameters, provided that they ensure the achievement of parameters no worse than those set out in the annexes to the SWZ. The Purchaser informs that the specification of the subject of the contract in the SWZ by indicating trade names, etc. is intended only to specify the subject of the contract. The Purchaser requires that the Contractor provide evidence of equivalence in the offer. The Purchaser indicates that the obligation to declare equivalent solutions in relation to those described in the SWZ and to prove their equivalence lies with the Contractor.

General requirements

1. The Purchaser requires that the subject of the contract be factory new, full-value, free of all defects and damages, and without previous exploitation.

2. The Purchaser requires that the subject of the contract be in accordance with recommendations, standards, and applicable technical and operational requirements in force in the Republic of Poland and the European Union (CE declarations). The subject of the contract must meet technical and functional requirements in terms of BHP conditions.

3. The Purchaser requires that the Contractor, together with the delivery of the subject of the contract, attach instructions for the operation of the educational stations in Polish, in paper and electronic versions.

4. The Contractor undertakes to deliver at their own cost all the elements that are part of the subject of the contract, along with the technical documentation attached by the manufacturer, warranty cards, and documents specifying the rules for providing services during the warranty period, and to assemble and check the possibility of starting and operating them at the places of use, at a previously agreed time with the Director of the Technical Schools Complex in Rybnik.

5. The stations must be available in regular production; they cannot be prototypes.

6. The description of the requirements is contained in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.

7. The minimum warranty period for the offered subject of the contract cannot be shorter than 24 months (in the event of a shorter period being offered, the offer will be rejected in accordance with art. 226 para. 1 point 5 of the Pzp Act, as its content will be inconsistent with the terms of the contract). Defect removal period up to 14 days.

8. In the event that the description of the subject of the contract contains references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, and technical reference systems, as referred to in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the Act, the Purchaser allows equivalent solutions to those described.
