Romania – Street-cleaning and sweeping services – Delegarea serviciului public de salubrizare pentru activitatile de maturat, spalat si stropit ale cailor publice, curatarea si transportul zapezii de pe caile publice si mentinerea in functiune a acestora pe timp de polei sau de inghet in municipiul Alba Iulia

The contract with the subject “Delegation of the public service for the activities of sweeping, washing and salting of public roads, cleaning and transporting the snow from public roads and maintaining them in operation in case of rain or snow in the municipality of Alba Iulia” will include the following activities: -Mechanized sweeping of carriageways -Mechanized sweeping of pavements, pedestrian walkways, etc. -Manual sweeping of carriageways at public bus stations and public parking lots -Manual sweeping of pavements, pedestrian walkways, etc. -Gutter cleaning -Carriageway watering -Carriageway washing -Manual washing of pavements, pedestrian walkways, etc. -Washing of directional parapets -Management of waste collected from street bins -Mechanized snow clearing (snow ploughing) -Manual snow clearing, including transport stations -Mechanized loading, transporting and unloading of snow -Mechanized spreading of anti-skid material -Manual spreading of anti-skid material -Placing containers with anti-skid material -Mobilisation and logistical assurance in winter

The estimated value of the concession contract for 1 year is 11.259.920 lei without VAT, or 56.299.604 lei without VAT for a period of 5 years. The deadline for receiving requests for clarification: with a minimum of 20 days before the date of submission of tenders. The deadline within which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/ additional information will be 15 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
