The subject of the tender is the renovation and reconstruction of Strandparken Section 1, in Dragør. Address: Krudttårnsvej 113-191 and Sdr. Røsevej 28-46, 2791 Dragør

Background to the project: Strandparken Section 1, is a characteristic building complex in Dragør, which houses a long list of obvious qualities. The project is one of Denmark's first precast concrete buildings, but today it faces a comprehensive renovation, as the section has a number of challenges. The challenges in Strandparken Section 1, are seen, among other things, in mould in the dwellings, high energy consumption and worn building parts. The master plan future-proofs Strandparken Section 1, by both renovating buildings and outdoor areas and expanding the housing supply. The housing company Strandparken Dragør v. Boligkontoret Danmark, Domus Arkitekter, Niras Ingeniører and ZoffmannHolm Landskabsarkitekter has, drawn up the project for a new master plan. The master plan was adopted by a residents' vote on 9 April 2024. The master plan has been approved by Landsbyggefonden and Dragør Municipality. Building permission was granted on 21 January 2026, from Dragør Municipality.

Overall, the project consists of the following works:

• Conversion of all ground-floor dwellings (46 units) to accessible dwellings

• Replacement of roof construction incl. new bearing steel roof construction and fire protection

• Establishment of new insulated facades outside the existing facades, incl. new bearing steel construction

• Replacement of 184 balconies

• Establishment of new foundations around the buildings

• Replacement of windows and doors

• Establishment of new ventilation system for all dwellings incl. new exhaust hoods

• Replacement of all installations and drains in the ground floors. Note work in crawl spaces.

• Replacement of radiator pipes

• Replacement of radiators in ground-floor dwellings and renovation of radiators for 1st and 2nd floor dwellings

• Establishment of new fuse boxes in 1st and 2nd floor dwellings

• Renovation of sewers

• Renovation of outdoor areas incl. new waste and bike sheds, gardens, paving, lighting, etc.
